La Academia de Ciencias y Artes Cinematográficas de Hollywood celebró este domingo 9 de febrero la edición número 92 de los Premios Oscar en el Dolby Theatre de Los Ángeles, California, donde se reconoció a lo mejor de la industria cinematográfica.

‘Joker’ lideró la lista de nominaciones en 11 categorías como Mejor Película, Director, para Todd Phillips y Actor, para Joaquin Phoenix. La mexicana Mayes Rubeo se postuló en la categoría Diseño de Vestuario por 'Jojo Rabit' y los mexicanos Rodrigo Prieto y Gastón Pavlovich por su trabajo en ‘The Irishman’.
